Morgan Joseph hires Michael Lingvall as specialist in secondary private placements

New York, Nov. 8 - Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. said it hired Michael Lingvall as a senior vice president in its high-yield department to specialize in secondary private placements.

Morgan Joseph, which focuses on middle market companies, said the sector is a new one for its high-yield group.

Lingvall has previously held similar positions at RBC Dain Rauscher Inc., Libra Securities LLC, Allison-Williams Co. and The Bank of New York.
