By Reshmi Basu

New York, Feb. 22 - Russian state-controlled gas monopoly OJSC Gazprom (A3/BBB/BBB-) plans to start a roadshow for a multiple-tranche benchmark-sized offering of global bonds during the Feb. 26 week, according to a market source.

There will be simultaneous investor presentations held in both Europe and the United States. The U.S. leg of the roadshow will start in Los Angeles on Monday, followed by Boston on Tuesday and will wrap up in New York on Wednesday. Meanwhile the European leg will remain in London for two days, starting Monday.

Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

Pricing is expected to take place following the completion of the roadshow, subject to market conditions.
