Gadzooks gets expedited hearing for financial advisor

Washington, March 24 - Gadzooks Inc. will get an expedited hearing to retain Financo Inc. as its investment banker and financial advisor, according to a March 24 order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Northern Texas.

The hearing was held on the morning of March 24.

Gadzooks, based in Dallas, is a specialty retailer focusing on young ladies aged 16-22. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-31486.
