Faurecia to redeem €168.04 million 3 5/8% notes on Nov. 28 at 101.813

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 27 – BNP Paribas said that Faurecia SE will redeem the €168.04 million of 3 5/8% notes due June 2023 that remain outstanding following settlement of the recently expired tender offer for a capped amount of the notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 28 at 101.813 plus accrued interest to the redemption date. The total redemption price will be €173,844,638.39.

As previously reported, the company accepted for purchase €531.96 million of the notes under the tender offer that settled on Nov. 25.

Faurecia is a Nanterre, France-based auto parts manufacturer.
