FNAC Darty starts roadshow for €300 million notes due January 2029

Portland, Ore., Sept. 12 – FNAC Darty SA started a two-day roadshow on Tuesday for a €300 million offering of senior notes due in January 2029 (BB+/BB+), according to market sources.

The Regulation S only long five-year notes become subject to their first call in two years at par plus 50% of the coupon.

Global coordinator and physical bookrunner Credit Agricole CIB will bill and deliver. BNP Paribas is also a global coordinator and physical bookrunner.

Natixis and SG CIB are joint global coordinators.

BBVA, Belfius, Caxiabank, CM-CIC and La Banque Postale are joint bookrunners.

The Ivry-sur-Seine, France, retail company plans to use the proceeds plus balance sheet cash to redeem its 1 7/8% senior notes due 2024 on or prior to their maturity.
