Fuse Media three-member official unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, May 13 – Fuse Media’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Christine Manna of the Association of National Advertisers, based in New York; Kent Sevener of Showtime Networks, Inc. of New York; and Shirley Hairston of MGM Domestic Television Distribution, LLC of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Fuse is a New York-based American digital cable and satellite television channel. The company filed bankruptcy on April 22 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10872.
