Filmed Entertainment announces proposed Chapter 11 plan fund amounts

Pittsburgh, March 6 – Filmed Entertainment Inc. announced the proposed amount of Chapter 11 plan funding reserves for administrative claims and general unsecured creditors in a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Specifically, the proposed administrative claims fund amount is $187,090.42, and the general unsecured creditor funding reserve will hold a proposed $25,000.

No reserve is proposed in connection with disputed claims.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

Based in New York, Filmed Entertainment’s subsidiary Columbia House is a direct marketer. The company filed for bankruptcy Aug. 10, 2015 under case number 15-12244.
