FEGS three-member official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Pittsburgh, March 31 – Federation Employment and Guidance Service, Inc.’s (FEGS) official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on March 31 by assistant U.S. Trustee Christine H. Black, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

The committee members are the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. of New York; Netsmart Technologies, Inc. of Overland Park, Kan.; and Ultimate Psychological Consultation and Evaluation, PC of New Rochelle, N.Y.

FEGS is a New York-based nonprofit health and human services organization that filed for bankruptcy on March 18. The Chapter 11 case number is 15-71074.
