Madison, Wis., June 11 - Fubon Financial Holding Co. announced the issue of NT$7 billion of corporate bonds in two tranches.
Fubon Financial priced NT$2 billion of five-year bonds and NT$5 billion of seven-year bonds at par.
The five-year bonds have a coupon of 1.35%, and the seven-year bonds have a coupon of 1.45%.
This is the company's first issue of corporate bonds in 2012.
Proceeds will be used to strengthen the company's working capital and capital structure.
Fubon Financial is a financial services company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
