Freddie Mac plans to forego issuance of Reference Notes in July

Tupelo, Miss., July 17 – Freddie Mac announced in a news release on Tuesday that it will forgo an offering of Reference Notes on its July 17 announcement date.

Freddie Mac’s 2018 Reference Notes calendar designates dates that it may use to announce the issuance of notes. The next announcement date is Aug. 20, according to the calendar.

After the August announcement date, Freddie Mac has seven more announcement dates that it may issue Reference Notes in 2018.

The government-backed mortgage lender is based in McLean, Va.
