New Issue: Freddie Mac reopens 1.25% Reference Notes due 2019 for $1 billion via internet auction

New York, Dec. 17 - Freddie Mac has reopened its 1.25% Reference Notes due Oct. 2, 2019 to add $1 billion in an internet auction on Monday morning, an informed source said.

Pricing was at 99.617 with a stop rate of 1.309%.

Total issuance is $5 billion, including $4 billion priced on Sept. 28 at 23.5 basis points over Treasuries.

The government-backed mortgage lender is based in McLean, Va.
