New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion three-year NC 1.5-year 2.35% notes

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 25 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2.35% three-year non-call 1.5-year global medium-term notes Tuesday, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a one-time call on Sept. 2, 2010 and mature on March 2, 2012.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the manager.

Settlement will occur Monday.
