ASM Capital buys $2.46 million claim against Frank's Nursery

Pittsburgh, June 16 - ASM Capital LP bought A to Z Office Maintenance dba Retail Maintenance Management Inc.'s $2.46 million claim against Frank's Nursery & Crafts Inc., according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Frank's, a Troy, Mich., company that operated a chain of lawn and garden stores, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 8, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-15826.
