Fontainebleau Las Vegas examiner Truitt appointment approved by court

New York, Oct. 23 - The appointment of Jeffrey R. Truitt as Fontainebleau Las Vegas Holdings LLC's Chapter 11 examiner by the U.S. Trustee has been approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, according to a Tuesday filing.

Fontainebleau is a Las Vegas-based casino-resort developer. It filed for bankruptcy on June 9. The company's Chapter 11 case number is 09-21481.
