Foamex unsecured creditors committee reappointed following Shell Chemical resignation

Pittsburgh, Dec. 6 - Foamex International Inc.'s U.S. Trustee reappointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case following the Dec. 1 resignation of Candida Wolfram of Shell Chemical LP, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee is now comprised of Stuart Kratter of Bank of New York; Dana Cann of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., Washington, D.C.; Mark E. Schwarz of Newcastle Partners, LP, Dallas; and Donovan Williams, Coventry, R.I.

Foamex, a Linwood, Pa., manufacturer and distributor of flexible polyurethane and advanced polymer foam products, filed for Chapter 11 on Sept. 19. Its case number is 05-12685.
