FLIR Systems to redeem 3.75% notes due 2016 on July 5

New York, June 6 – FLIR Systems, Inc. will redeem its $250 million of 3.75% notes due Sept. 1, 2016 on July 5, according to a notice.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest.

Completion of the redemption is subject to the company’s issuance of $425 million of new notes by June 10. Those new notes were priced on June 1.

FLIR Systems is a Wilsonville, Ore., manufacturer of sensors and imaging systems.
