China’s Fantasia plans to issue additional 7 3/8% notes due 2021

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 19 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. is proposing to conduct an add-on offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company announcement.

The company originally issued $400 million of 7 3/8% notes due 2021 on Oct. 4.

Guotai Junan International is the lead manager and bookrunner for the Regulation S add-on.

Proceeds from the additional notes will be used to refinance existing debt.

Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
