Morgan Stanley eyes fixed-to-floating notes on 10-year dollar ICE rate

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 19 – Morgan Stanley plans to price fixed-to-floating-rate notes due Dec. 30, 2026 linked to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 4.05% until Dec. 30, 2019. After that, the interest rate will be equal to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate. Interest will be payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 61760QKF0) will settle Dec. 30.
