Fitch upgrades McAfee facility

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded McAfee, LLC's senior secured credit facility to BB+/RR1 from BB/RR2.

“The upgrade resulted from Fitch's application of its updated corporates recovery ratings and instrument ratings criteria,” the agency said in a news release.

The ratings have been removed from under criteria observation, where they were placed following the publication of the updated recovery rating criteria on April 9.
