New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.94 million digital index-linked notes on Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.94 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due April 16, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 87.5% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,130 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
