New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $8.44 million capped leveraged notes on Russell

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $8.44 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due March 11, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 400% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,174 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
