Morgan Stanley plans to price trigger PLUS linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 13, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 142% of the index return.
If the index finishes at or below its initial level but at or above its trigger level, the payout will be par. The trigger level is 85% of the initial index level.
If the index finishes below its trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Dec. 6.
The Cusip number is 61766F672.
