Madison Park Funding XIV to redeem secured notes on or before Oct. 22

Columbus, Ohio, May 11 – Madison Park Funding XIV, Ltd./Madison Park Funding XIV, LLC received written direction from holders of the required number of subordinated notes to redeem the secured notes via a refinancing on or before Oct. 22, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-1-R, A-2-R, B-R, C-1-R, C-2-R, D-R, E and F notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLP is the portfolio manager.
