New Issue: JPMorgan sells $106.64 million partial principal at risk notes on MSCI Europe

Olympia, Wash., July 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $106.64 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due July 6, 2020 linked to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par plus the return, with a minimum payout of $9.50 per $10 of notes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
