JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EM
Chicago, May 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 28, 2021 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index closes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, capped at par plus 15%.
If the index declines by up to at least a 32% buffer, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 48132CA86) will price on May 29 and settle on May 31.
