JPMorgan to price trigger participation notes on MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., March 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% trigger participation securities due April 1, 2022 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return.

If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level but greater than or equal to the trigger level, 65% of the initial index level, the payout will be par.

If the final index level is less than the trigger level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Distribution is through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

The notes will price March 29.

The Cusip number is 48130X364.
