New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.75 million buffered notes on MSCI EM index

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.75 million of 0% buffered notes due Sept. 3, 2019 tied to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at 16.8%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
