San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 7 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $7.09 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due July 30, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,221 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by 10% or less.
If the index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose about 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
