Motif Capital repurchases all €50 million of its series 2006-1 notes

Minneapolis, May 17 - Motif Capital BV repurchased all €50 million of its series 2006-1 long-short variable redemption limited recourse leveraged collateralized debt obligation notes due March 2013, according to a news release.

The notes (ISIN: XS0259723681) were redeemed on May 16.

Motif Capital is based in the Netherlands.
