New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.07 million autocallable notes on Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.07 million of autocallable securities due Jan. 3, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus an annual call premium of 8.85% if the index closes at or above the initial index level on any of the first four annual determination dates.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $14.425 per $10 note.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be fully exposed to losses if the index falls beyond 15%.
