New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.31 million leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 1 – Morgan Stanley priced $2.31 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Feb. 1, 2018 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,343.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
