Morgan Stanley to sell buffered PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EAFE fund

Philadelphia, June 18 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 2010 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus triple any gain in the index, up to a maximum payout of $12.85 to $13.20 per note.
Investors are fully exposed to any decline in the fund.
The notes are expected to price and settle in June.
