New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.4 million PLUS notes linked to Dow Jones Industrial Average

Philadelphia, Jan. 28 - Morgan Stanley priced $3.4 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due Feb. 20, 2009 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum payment of 115% of par. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
