New York, June 22 - Morgan Stanley priced an $8.95 million issue of 0% global medium-term series F capital protected notes due June 30, 2008 linked to the Tokyo Stock Price index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any positive return on the index multiplied by a 75% participation rate. Investors will receive at least par.
