New York, Feb. 6 - The city of Milwaukee in Wisconsin released the terms of its $203.81 million series 2009-N1 general obligation promissory notes (Aa2//AA+), which priced Wednesday.
The $93.18 million of 2009-N1 bonds carry maturities from 2010 to 2019.
The $110.63 million of 2009-B2 bonds carry maturities from 2020 to 2024.
Yields ranged from 0.60% to 4.43%.
Morgan Stanley acted as the underwriter for the negotiated issue.
Proceeds will be used to refinance outstanding commercial paper and make improvements to the city's public infrastructure.
