New Issue: Massachusetts Mutual prices $750 million 2.75% seven-year notes at 75 bps spread

Tupelo, Miss., June 19 – Massachusetts Mutual Global Funding II priced $750 million of 2.75% seven-year notes (Aa2/AA+/AA) on Monday at a spread of 75 basis points over Treasuries, according to a market source.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
Massachusetts Mutual Global Funding II is a subsidiary of Springfield, Mass.-based Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.
