Markit to change some weightings of CDX Emerging Markets constituents

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 10 - Markit Group Ltd. said the weightings of some constituents of the Markit CDX Emerging Markets index will change when it rolls from series 19 to series 20.

The weighting will decrease to 4% from 6% for Argentina, increase to 9% from 8% for Venezuela and increase to 6% from 5% for Indonesia.

There will be no change to the constituents that make up the index.

In addition, there will be no changes to the Markit CDX LatAm Corporate index when it rolls from series 19 to series 20.

The indexes' coupons will be finalized Sept. 17, and the indexes will roll Sept. 20.

The composition of the indexes remain provisional until their final annexes are published.
