India's Marg Constructions sells $12.5 million 3% convertibles

New York, July 3 - Marg Constructions Ltd. said it sold $12.5 million of 3% foreign currency convertible bonds due 2011 to Deutsche Bank, AG, Hong Kong.

Marg Constructions is a Chennai, India, building company.
