S&P gives Howmet Aerospace notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- issue-level rating to Howmet Aerospace Inc.'s proposed senior unsecured notes due 2025.

“We expect the company to use the proceeds to redeem the $950 million of unsecured notes due 2021. We do not expect that this transaction will materially alter our forecast credit ratios for the company, and therefore, the existing ratings are unchanged,” said S&P in a press release.
