Health and Happiness to redeem final $125 million 7¼% notes due 2021

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 29 – China’s Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Ltd. said it plans to redeem the final $125 million of its 7¼% senior notes due 2021 shortly after a previously announced planned redemption of the bulk of the notes.

The company will redeem the last $125 million of the outstanding notes at on Nov. 28 at 101.8125 plus accrued interest, according to a notice.

As previously announced, the company will redeem $300 million of the $425 million of the notes that are presently outstanding on Nov. 23 at 101.8125 plus accrued interest.

The company plans to fund the redemption of the additional notes from the drawing of its incremental term facilities and incremental revolving facilities.

The health supplements and child health company is based in Hong Kong.
