Huron Consulting amends loan, revising consolidated EBITDA definition

By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Dec. 6 - Huron Consulting Group Inc. entered into the 10th amendment of its credit facility, this time changing the definition of consolidated EBITDA to add back any non-cash charges relating to the issue of settlement shares, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The filing stated that except for the impact of the settlement shares, the company believes that it would have been in compliance with these financial covenants prior to the amendment and at the time of the issue.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the deal.

Huron is a Chicago-based provider of consulting services.
