HSBC Mexico to auction Ps. 3 billion seven-year certificates, Ps. 1 billion 10-year certificates

New York, March 24 - HSBC Mexico, SA said it plans to sell Ps. 3 billion of seven-year certificados bursatiles and Ps. 1 billion of 10-year certificados bursatiles at an auction on Monday.

The seven-year tranche will mature after 2,548 days on March 20, 2013. It is auction number 06 in the current program.

The 10-year portion will mature after 3,640 days on March 16, 2016. It is auction number 06-2 in the current program.

Settlement for both sales is March 29.

Standard & Poor's rates the certificates MxAAA while Moody's Investors Service rates them Aaa.Mx.
