Moody's reviews Home Loan Servicing

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd.'s B3 corporate family rating and B3 senior secured credit facility due 2020 on review for upgrade. Prior to the review, the outlook was negative.

The review for upgrade reflects the announcement that the company has agreed to be acquired by New Residential Investment Corp. The agency said the acquisition by New Residential provides stability to the company, particularly the potential for additional liquidity and capital resources.

The companies have not announced whether the term loan will be repaid at closing. During the review, Moody's will assess the company's or the new term loan obligor's organizational structure, funding strategy, liquidity and capital resources.
