hhgregg again reports zero operating income, net sales for November

Pittsburgh, Dec. 11 – hhgregg, Inc. reported zero operating income, net sales and net income for November, the same as in October, according to its monthly operating report filed Dec. 8 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Southern District of Indiana.

In addition, the company had no cash in November or October.

The Gregg Appliances Inc. debtor saw an $826,000 operating loss and $666,000 net loss for November on zero net sales.

In comparison, Gregg Appliances reported a $1.27 million operating loss and $1.64 million net loss for October, also on zero net sales.

Gregg Appliances listed $8.68 million in cash as of Nov. 30, up from negative $25,000 at the end of October.

Meanwhile, the HHG Distributing LLC debtor also showed no operating income, net income, sales or cash for November or October.

hhgregg is an Indianapolis-based specialty retailer of consumer electronics and home appliances. The company filed for bankruptcy on March 6, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-01302.
