HelpSystems expects to get new credit facility for H.I.G. buyout

New York, Aug. 18 – HelpSystems LLC plans on getting a new credit facility to help fund it acquisition by H.I.G. Capital from Summit Partners, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Antares are the leads on the deal.

Details on structure and timing are not yet available, the source said.

Closing is subject to regulatory and antitrust approval.

HelpSystems is an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based provider of system & network management, business intelligence, and security & compliance solutions.
