New Issue: India's HDFC Bank prints $500 million 3% senior notes due 2018

Atlanta, Feb. 28 - India's HDFC Bank Ltd. priced a $500 million issue of senior notes (Baa2/BBB-/) due in 2018 with a 3% coupon, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

No other details were immediately available on Thursday.

HDFC is a Mumbai-based bank.
