Grenke plans euro-denominated long three-year green senior notes

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 21 – Grenke Finance plc is planning a euro-denominated offering of long three-year green senior notes (ISIN: XS2695009998) that are being talked in the 8% area, according to a notice.

The notes will be guaranteed by Grenke AG.

There is an over-allotment option.

Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and HSBC Continental Europe are the bookrunners.

Grenke AG is a leasing company specializing in office communication products based in Baden-Baden, Germany. The company also has a banking license.
