Galaxy XVI CLO plans to redeem seven classes of notes on March 28

Olympia, Wash., March 15 – Galaxy XVI CLO, Ltd./Galaxy XVI CLO, LLC will redeem seven classes of notes on March 28 at the direction of its subordinated noteholders, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $113,076,008.08 for the class A-1-R senior notes;

• $139,093,496.68 for the class A-2-R senior notes;

• $30,111,666.67 for the class B-1-R senior notes;

• $15,061,685.75 for the class B-2-R senior notes;

• $35,159,444.44 for the class C-R mezzanine notes;

• $20,517,866.67 for the class D mezzanine notes; and

• $17,724,177.78 for the class E junior notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Los Angeles-based PineBridge Investments LLC is the collateral manager.
