Gamenet Group to redeem €18.5 million of floaters due 2023 at 101

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 15 – Gamenet Group SpA plans to redeem €18.5 million of its senior secured floating-rate notes due 2023 on Nov. 25, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date of €107,980.90.

There will be €206.5 million of notes outstanding following the redemption.

Gamenet is a Rome-based online gaming company.
