Columbus, Ohio, March 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $106,000 of 3.9% callable fixed-coupon buffered notes due March 29, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below 85% of the initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date beginning in March 2020.
